Ms. Zhou received the Diploma and award in recognition of her work in spreading Asian culinary culture in Europe, promoting Chinese Haute Cuisine and products and preparations from all over Asia.

         The Medal was presented by a delegation from the World Gastronomy Institute Steering Committee, consisting of José Manuel Iglesias (Secretary General), Blanca Berron (Vice President of Communications), and Juan Manuel Redondo (Financial Affairs), who will soon travel to the Chinese province of Jiangsu to strengthen ties with this interesting and great country.
